About

Kathleen is an experienced therapist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.  She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient therapy, crisis evaluations, schools, and community mental health.

Treatment specializations include difficult life issues (challenging relationships, parenting issues, health issues), depression, anxiety, trauma recovery,   stress management, grief and loss.

Kathleen holds a Masters degree of Social Work (MSW) from Boston College School of Social Work and a Bachelors degree of Social Work (BSW) from Westfield State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Therapeutic work is tailored for each individual client’s needs, drawing from various evidence based therapeutic models including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
